2. For  multiple insertion contracts, placement will be run as is, unless client notifies sales rep by the 18^th of the month prior to publication.

3. The Global Voice does not guarantee results.

4. I understand that by authorizing this ad, I am responsible for payment.

5. If a discount is given for multiple and consecutive insertion contract, and the advertiser cancels the contract, a cancellation fee equaling the accumulated discounts, plus a $10.00 handling charge will be applied.

6. Failure to pay before the due date may result in cancellation of advertisement at the publisher’s discretion.

7. Returned checks are subject to a service charge.
